From a young age, Rich Nazzaro’s parents practically drilled the importance of education into his head. To answer this call, Rich worked full time and attended college classes at night to make it happen. After graduating, he built his professional reputation through high-ranking strategy-building and customer success positions in widely-known technology companies like Accenture, Dell, CA Technologies and Salesforce. While working closely with high-level executives, he learned how critical it is to have the right people, and the right processes to achieve success. He also learned the importance of building a foundation of honesty, which strips away false pretenses and allows businesses to get to the heart of the problem and fix it. He soon realized that many SaaS executives were so busy managing personalities, dealing with daily pressures, and drowning in data, with no time or direction to turn those into a strategy for long-term success. Thus, he decided to turn his input into impact and start his own consulting business with his friend and colleague, Andy Worobel.
Today, Rich and Andy help driven and decisive SaaS executives increase their customer’s legacy, loyalty, and lifetime value. They partner with their clients to master measurable customer outcomes. They begin by communicating clearly and concisely with leadership and accurately identifying client goals and objectives, to call out the real problem and bring business clarity. Next, by strengthening collaboration across organizations, they provide the north star to a refined and remarkable outcome. Then, they prioritize the right metrics so team leaders can see beyond routine activities and focus more on results. Their emphasis on systematic operations, data and insight is designed to position and prepare their clients for what’s next. They have 28 years of combined experience in consulting for high-level companies, now with expertise in customer success and a concentrated effort toward business expansion.
With a background in traditional B2B marketing, I've evolved with the modern marketing landscape, embracing automation and the evolving role of marketing in revenue generation. My journey has led me through marketing operations, revenue-focused GTM strategies, data management, technology integration, and operational excellence.
My passion for helping others achieve their goals led me to work with visionary friends to build a new customer success maturity methodology and practice. I bring my extensive experience and a deep commitment helping our clients to reach their customer success goals to every engagement.
